Show about artistic photographic exhibitions in Milan 15th March – 15th April
Milan, 22 February 2011 - Art galleries and the most representative places of Milan are preparing themselves to host the fifth edition of Photofestival, the great exhibition circuit for about a month (from mid-March to mid April) will take the photograph in the city.
This project was strongly supported by AIF (Italian Association Photo & Digital Imaging) and the organizers of Photoshow - the main annual exhibition of photography and digital image (Fiera Milano City, 25-28 March 2011) - with the aim of combining the time of a photographic show with the time of a cultural exhibition involving the City of Milan.
In this sense is a strategic partnership between Photofestival and STARTMILANO, an important town association that brings together many art galleries of the most authoritative and prestigious venues for contemporary art.
The route starts from the ideal spaces of Photoshow to branch in the city with more than 80 artistic exhibitions in a sixty art galleries and in some historic buildings, with an exhibition program with high quality and varied, ranging from reporting and research , from the commencement of established authors to emerging authors.
